The hotel was situated in a remote location close to the ferry. the rooms were spotless and included a kettle, central heating, and an iron - I appreciated it. I was happy to have a comfortable stay. the staff were amiable.

Appreciated our stay. Everything was nice, including helpful staff and beautiful location near to a nature reserve & loch. The bed was comfy, the room was new-fashioned and immaculate. Could use a dining area, ironing facilities and a radio. Location: the hotel was not far from the ferry port, the west coast and the seaside. Moreover, it was at a walking distance from Cross.

A second stay at this lovely bed and breakfast, and it was just as inviting as the first. The recently renovated old building with a modern touch inside is absolutely stunning. The high window allowed for a view of the sky while lying in the incredibly comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the beautiful scenery, including a view of the Isle of Mull. The location was great, being close to the ferry and surrounded by lovely landscapes. The bathroom was clean and the continental breakfast, especially the hot pastries, was appreciated. Friendly staff and a warm, powerful shower added to the overall positive experience.

We booked a twin room that came with a fan, and the bathroom was just as we expected; the hotel is in a fantastic location, near the beauty of nature.

Croissants were delicious, bed was comfy, high window wasn't an issue. Near ferry to Mull, stunning scenery, lovely bathroom. Met friendly German guests. Showed family and friends photos on my phone. Friendly owners offered great local info, though no otter sightings. Comfortable stay in remote Scotland. Well worth a visit! Warm, clean, and welcoming. Beautiful garden with great views. Self-service breakfast included warm pastries. India and Jamie made us feel at home. Looking forward to returning one day. Lovely area to explore. Beautiful view, tranquil setting.
